31st Annual CNDAs

The 31st Annual Chicago Neighborhood Development Awards welcomed 650 guests to Radius Chicago, a music venue in East Pilsen, in June 2025. The choice of venue gave the planning team a runway for the year’s theme: “The Voices of Chicago: Building a city in harmony.” The evening celebrated the contributions of twelve well-deserving award winners whose work exemplifies the best of community development across Chicago. The event also venerated how the creative economy plays a valuable role in community development, with local artists lending their music to be used during the event, and members of the Chicago Independent Venue League (CIVL) taking the stage for remarks. ESP Presents and Rise Strategy Group worked together to further build out the theme with bar and column wraps, window clings, screen graphics, and a check-in process that rivals a concert registration.
