Illinois Affordable Housing Forum

The Illinois Housing Council (IHC) hosts the Illinois Affordable Housing Forum annually to connect developers, lenders, architects, contractors, tax accountants, attorneys, policy advocates, and colleagues to explore innovative financing and design strategies as well as to gain insights into the latest housing policies and trends. ESP Presents has supported IHC in producing this conference-style event for the past six years with an attendance of up to 800 attendees participating in plenaries, fireside chats, training sessions, breakout sessions, and enjoying an exhibit hall, coffee breaks, and receptions. ESP Presents manages all event logistics in addition to audio and visual production of the sessions, onsite registration, signage, decor, and the food and beverage program. This event has been produced by ESP in multiple formats, including virtually, at the Chicago Hyatt Regency, Chicago Cultural Center, and in recent years, at Navy Pier.
